I've been using ChatGPT4 less and less to generate content and more as an active recall tool. I read something, upload my notes/highlights and then ask it to quiz me and provide me feedback on my written responses.
I copied and pasted my Kindle Highlights into the prompt then asked it to test my understanding of the content and to rate the accuracy/provide feedback on my responses. It did a good job. In another prompt, I just referenced the book title and author and asked it to do the same. I think the first prompt was a little better, but I can't tell for sure - it was based on the content that I selected as standing out. Regardless, I found it to be a good exercise to quiz me on key themes in the book. I found the process of writing out my responses help me better understand the content in my own words.
I can see a lot of uses for this learning method (not new). Take the Admired Leadership platform. After watching a video, you can asked the platform to quiz you on key themes (the Map) or discussion questions. Or ask it to create a discussion guide to use in a live study group. Or, to create a training plan you can use to practice over the next 30 days.

Do you do that with a standard language you've got in a copy+paste prompt library for yourself?

Thanks, David. You might ask Claude to generate a prompt for you to do that, and save it as a custom GPT. I find Claude's prompts to be very strong.
